Updating the furniture catalog! Very similar to shooting interiors, except that I pretty much stay in one spot and the furnituremoves around. All were done with a Nikon D700 and 24-70mm f/2.8 and minimal editing thanks to the abundant light sources they have on site!
River Front Condominiums wanted to me come through and photograph their updated model and gym, which of course is great to shoot since I get to use my Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8 and newly acquired Manfrotto tripod!
I love the colors and furniture pieces used, makes me want to update my place!
The SoCal Photography Group‘s Ultimate Shootout 12 event was held this past weekend in Encinitas. The theme was summer fashion/glam, and I was finally able to get behind the camera and get my juices flowing. The weather was absolutely perfect for the day with a cool 70º day with scattered clouds. Quite a few of us enjoyed it too much and got sunburned, but it’s all good in the name of art & photography!
All of these images were edited on the fly, so you’ll see some inconsistency between shots as I tried to edit based on various magazine looks. Many thanks to the models, makeup artists, hairstylists, AND assistants who brought this all together. If any of these shots help you land a gig please let me know

These were shot with my SB800 & beauty dish made out of an aluminum mixing bowl. Gotta love the results!

Antithesis Apparel is a brand new apparel line of hip hop artist Kevin Ray. Rooted in bboy and dance culture, you’ll be seeing this line worn by some of the local scene’s active players.
